March is Women's History Month and we want to celebrate with you. 

Women are breaking barriers every day and ascending to leadership positions, although there are still obstacles. We want to highlight those that make it to the top, understand their journeys, how they did it, and how they are helping to pull others along. 

We are pleased to have this conversation with the new CEO of CareerSource Broward, Carol Hylton, who took over the organization last year.
