I’m Linette Cottrell, the founder of EmpowerHER Bookkeeping + Advisory, a boutique firm dedicated to helping women CEOs lead their businesses with clarity, confidence, and calm. With over 30 years of experience in accounting and operational strategy, I support women entrepreneurs by blending financial expertise with a holistic, identity-centered approach to business.

My work goes beyond numbers. I help women understand their money, strengthen their systems, and step into the CEO they were always meant to be. Through Financial Advisory, Cash-Flow Strategy, Pricing Clarity, and my signature Money Identity Mapping™, I guide clients toward intentional growth — growth rooted in alignment, peace, and empowered decision-making.
